If you need to contact me directly for some reason, send an email to jjf@spampal.twinlobber.org.uk. Please don't email me support requests; there's a support forum for those. Due to the ever-increasing number of users I don't have time to offer email support anymore.

If you do decide to email me, please use an address i can reply to if you want to receive a reply. Surprising numbers of people mail me using non-functional email addresses.

Also, please note that I only speak English. If you mail me in French, German, Italian, Russian or any other language, I won't be able to understand what you've said. I'm sorry about this; I spent seven years at school trying to learn French before having to conclude that foreign languages are beyond my abilities.
